Waiver & Assumption of Risk Agreement

This Waiver and Assumption of Risk Agreement applies to all members, guests, renters, and attendees entering or participating at Thee Compound.

Voluntary Participation

Participation in venue activities, private events, entertainment experiences, and venue services is voluntary.

Assumption of Risk

Participants understand that private events and venue participation involve personal responsibility and assume associated risks, including:

  • Crowd-related risks
  • Physical movement and venue navigation
  • Entertainment activities
  • Food and beverage consumption
  • Personal interaction and social participation

Personal Responsibility

Participants agree to:

  • Exercise reasonable judgment
  • Respect venue rules
  • Maintain awareness of surroundings
  • Follow staff and security guidance

Medical Responsibility

Participants are responsible for their own medical conditions, limitations, and emergency needs.

Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, participants release and hold harmless Thee Compound, ownership, staff, contractors, promoters, and affiliates from liability related to ordinary risks associated with voluntary venue participation except where prohibited by law.

Property & Personal Items

Guests remain responsible for their own property and valuables.

Emergency Authority

Venue management reserves authority to respond to emergencies, safety concerns, or operational incidents.

Acknowledgment

Entry, booking, or participation constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of this Agreement.
