Event Tickets

Venue Bookings

Venue reservations may require deposits.

Cancellation timelines:

  • 30+ days before event — eligible for deposit consideration
  • 14–29 days — partial refund or credit may apply
  • Less than 14 days — non-refundable unless approved by management

Chargebacks

Members and guests agree to contact Thee Compound before initiating payment disputes or chargebacks.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in suspension or revocation of membership and booking privileges.

Event Changes

Thee Compound reserves the right to modify schedules, performers, programming, or venue operations when necessary.
