Membership Terms & Community Standards

Thee Compound is a private membership-based hospitality and social venue designed to provide elevated experiences, community engagement, and private event access.

Membership is a privilege and not a guaranteed right.

Membership Eligibility

  • Members must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older
  • Valid government identification may be required
  • Membership approval may require review and verification

Membership Approval & Revocation

Thee Compound reserves the right to:

  • Approve or deny membership applications
  • Suspend or revoke memberships
  • Restrict access to events or venue spaces
  • Refuse entry when necessary to protect venue standards, safety, or community integrity

Membership fees provide access to membership benefits, hospitality experiences, and venue participation opportunities and do not guarantee admission to every event or experience.

Community Standards

Members and guests are expected to maintain:

  • Respectful behavior
  • Professional conduct
  • Personal accountability
  • Privacy and discretion
  • Responsible participation

Consent & Personal Responsibility

Thee Compound supports an environment grounded in mutual respect and personal responsibility.

Members and guests are solely responsible for their own personal decisions, interactions, and conduct.

Thee Compound does not arrange, broker, or guarantee personal relationships or interactions between members or guests.

Privacy & Discretion

Members agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of others.

The following may result in immediate removal or membership termination:

  • Unauthorized recording or photography
  • Sharing private information
  • Harassment or intimidation
  • Disruptive or unsafe behavior

Prohibited Conduct

The following are prohibited:

  • Illegal activity
  • Violence or threats
  • Theft or property damage
  • Drug distribution
  • Non-consensual conduct
  • Harassment or discrimination
  • Unauthorized commercial activity
  • Conduct damaging to venue reputation or safety

Member Accountability

Members remain responsible for the conduct of any guests they bring to the venue.

Violations may result in:

  • Removal from venue
  • Membership suspension
  • Permanent membership revocation
  • Legal action where appropriate

Policy Updates

Thee Compound may update community standards and membership policies as necessary to support venue operations and member experience.
