These Venue Rental Terms govern all private bookings, rentals, productions, and hosted events conducted at Thee Compound.
Booking Requirements

Security & Operations

- Monitor venue operations
- Refuse unsafe activities
- End events creating safety or operational concerns
Liability Waiver
Venue participation and attendance occur voluntarily.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, guests and renters assume responsibility for personal participation and release Thee Compound, ownership, staff, contractors, and affiliates from liability arising from venue use except where prohibited by law.
Alcohol & Controlled Substances
Alcohol policies must comply with applicable laws.
Illegal substances, unlawful activity, and unsafe behavior are strictly prohibited.
Event Modifications
Thee Compound reserves the right to modify or cancel venue access due to emergencies, safety concerns, weather, legal requirements, or operational necessity.
Indemnification
Renters agree to defend and hold harmless Thee Compound from claims, damages, or liabilities arising from renter activities or guest conduct.
