Private Membership Model

Thee Compound operates as a private membership and hospitality venue. Access requires approved membership, ensuring a vetted, trusted community environment for all participants.

Hospitality & Entertainment Venue

Our venue provides private event hosting, creative production space, VIP hospitality, social gatherings, and curated entertainment experiences. All services are hospitality-focused and designed for private social enjoyment.

Legal Compliance

Thee Compound maintains comprehensive legal documentation including Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Membership Terms, Venue Rental Terms, Refund Policy, NDA & Confidentiality Agreement, Media Policy, Waiver & Assumption of Risk, and Vendor/Promoter Terms.

Zero Tolerance for Illegal Activity

Illegal conduct is strictly prohibited on our premises. Thee Compound does not promote, facilitate, or permit unlawful activity of any kind. Violations result in immediate removal and potential legal action.

Venue Safety & Security

Management maintains authority over venue operations, admission, and enforcement of policies. Security staffing may be required for events. Emergency response protocols are in place for all venue activities.

Community Standards & Conduct

All members and guests are required to maintain respectful behavior, professional conduct, and personal accountability. Prohibited conduct includes harassment, violence, unauthorized recording, drug distribution, and any violation of consent or privacy.

Privacy & Confidentiality

Member privacy is protected through NDA requirements, strict no-recording policies, and confidentiality obligations. Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is never sold to third parties.

Operational Professionalism

Thee Compound operates with clear financial terms, documented agreements, insurance requirements for partners, independent contractor classifications, and structured event approval processes. All revenue, deposits, and refund policies are transparently documented.

Membership & Payment Integrity

All membership fees, venue booking deposits, and event ticket purchases are processed through secure, PCI-compliant third-party payment processors. Thee Compound does not store complete payment card information.

Membership and venue fees are for hospitality, venue access, event participation, and related services only. Refund and cancellation policies are clearly documented and available to all members and guests prior to purchase.

Members and guests agree to contact Thee Compound before initiating payment disputes or chargebacks, allowing for fair and prompt resolution.

Liability & Risk Management

Participation in venue activities is voluntary. Guests and renters acknowledge assumption of risk and agree to hold harmless Thee Compound, ownership, staff, contractors, and affiliates from liability arising from venue use, except where prohibited by law.

Vendors, promoters, and event partners operate as independent contractors and carry indemnification obligations as outlined in our Vendor & Promoter Terms.
