Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

This Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement (“Agreement”) applies to all members, guests, renters, promoters, vendors, and participants entering or engaging with Thee Compound.

Purpose

Thee Compound is a private membership and hospitality venue where privacy, discretion, and member confidence are valued.

By participating in venue activities or entering venue property, individuals agree to maintain confidentiality regarding private information and venue experiences.

Confidential Information

Confidential Information may include:

  • Identity of members or guests
  • Personal information
  • Private conversations
  • Venue operations
  • Event details
  • Membership information
  • Business operations
  • Private media or content
  • Non-public venue experiences

Non-Disclosure Obligations

Participants agree:

  • Not to disclose private information about members or guests
  • Not to publicly identify participants without consent
  • Not to share private venue matters
  • Not to post confidential information online or through social media

Photography & Recording

Unauthorized recording, photography, livestreaming, or publication of venue activity is prohibited without prior approval.

Ownership of Confidential Information

Private information and venue-related confidential materials remain protected.

Breach

Violation of this Agreement may result in:

  • Removal from venue
  • Membership suspension or revocation
  • Denial of future access
  • Legal remedies where permitted by law

No Illegal Conduct Protection

This Agreement does not protect unlawful conduct or prevent reporting where legally required.

Acknowledgment

By entering Thee Compound, booking services, or participating in venue activities, individuals acknowledge and accept these confidentiality obligations.
